For your entry to be valid, you must submit an original recipe that uses 2 or more different eligible products. Finally, the rules link contains the following information about the criteria that will be used to judge the recipes:

Final judging will be held in ... NJ... (on) August 28, 2007. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit, but each recipe must be original, unpublished, tested in your home kitchen, and submitted on a separate sheet of paper. It is also possible to mail in entries. Mail in your name, address, zip code, daytime phone number, e-mail address, and the recipe category you are entering, along with your recipe's name, ingredients, and instructions, on one side only of a 8.5 x 11-inch plain white paper and mail to: Cooking Light Ultimate Reader Recipe Contest, P.O.
